Alison grew up in the high desert of Northeastern Nevada with parents who cultivated within her a love and respect for nature, animals and wild spaces. Alison’s art is a reflection of the resilience and divinity of the natural world, the preciousness of life, the beauty of connection, and the grief and psychic experiences of existing in our contemporary world. She is a lifelong painter, as well as a licensed counselor, art therapist, and psychedelic-assisted therapist in-training. She currently resides in the foothills of the Rockies in Southern Colorado.
